We collaborate with both emerging and established organizations, and our work extends across fintech, municipal projects, retail, food service, education, and nonprofit sectors. Our client partners are based across American, but we love being rooted in Sandy Hook, CT. Here’s a behind‑the‑scenes glimpse into our studio, and the process that guides our work.

Map was founded by John Rudolph in 2020, after spending the previous 15 years as a Creative Director, Copywriter, and Designer at the design studios and advertising agencies in Connecticut.

He’s developed branding, packaging, and identity systems for businesses ranging from start-up to Fortune 500, and set new standards for editorial and web design in industries as varied as telecommunications, healthcare, finance, and higher education.

No matter what the communications challenge — and regardless of the ultimate solution — he believe the best investment a brand can make is good design.
